1. Service scope

Services may include tutoring, explanations, research-skills guidance, feedback on user-created drafts, proofreading, editing, APA 7 formatting and study planning. Confirm scope, deliverables, fee and timeline in writing before work begins. We do not guarantee grades, course completion, admission, licensure, faculty approval or academic results.

2. Academic integrity

You are responsible for following institutional rules and submitting work that represents your own knowledge and effort. Support is intended for learning, not deceptive submission of work completed by someone else. Disclose or refrain from outside assistance where your institution requires it.

3. Materials you provide

You confirm you have the right to share materials and that they do not unlawfully disclose confidential, copyrighted or personal information. Do not upload identifiable patient information or materials you are not authorized to share.

4. Orders and payment

Prices, deliverables, deadlines and payment milestones should be confirmed before an order is accepted. Disclose applicable taxes and third-party fees before purchase. Payment authorization is limited to the method and terms presented or agreed in writing.

5. Timelines and revisions

Turnaround depends on receiving complete instructions and materials. The order confirmation should explain included revisions, what counts as in-scope and the request deadline. Changes to requirements may need a new quote or timeline.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, impersonation, harassment or threats
• Unauthorized access, malware or attempts to disrupt the site
• Submitting another person's work as your own where prohibited
• Sharing confidential patient or third-party information without authorization
• Using materials to violate law, institutional rules or others' rights

7. Intellectual property

Website branding, layout and original content belong to Writink Service or its licensors unless stated otherwise. Rights in user-provided materials remain with their rightful owners. Order terms should specify permitted use of deliverables.

8. Suspension and termination

We may pause or decline a request where information is incomplete, payment is overdue, the request is unlawful or continuing would conflict with these Terms. Where feasible, we will explain the reason and available next steps. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

9. Disputes and remedies

Contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns informally. Nothing prevents either party from using lawful remedies. For a material breach, Writink may seek available remedies where legally justified and may bring a claim in a court with proper jurisdiction.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The website and general educational information are provided subject to applicable law. We do not provide legal, medical or clinical care. Any limitation of liability must be clearly disclosed and reviewed for enforceability; it cannot exclude liability the law does not allow to be excluded.

11. Third parties, law and updates

Third-party tools and links may be governed by their own terms. Governing law, venue and dispute-resolution provisions should be confirmed with California counsel before publication. Updates may be posted as permitted by law.
